This policy explains what information ARC Strategy Partners, LLC ("ARC", "we") collects when you visit arcemp.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Site usage. We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, time on page, device and browser type, the referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog may also record session replays showing how pages are scrolled and clicked; anything typed into form fields is masked.
• Campaign information. Links we send by email may include tracking parameters (such as utm_campaign) so we can tell which outreach led to a visit or a booked call.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard request data such as IP address, browser, and pages requested.
• Information you give us. If you book a call through Zoom Scheduler or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and anything you share about your needs.

How we use it

We use this information to run and improve the site, understand which outreach and content is useful, follow up on conversations you start with us, and prepare for scheduled calls. We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

PostHog sets a cookie so it can recognize return visits. The site also stores your audience preference (for-profit or non-profit) and any campaign parameters in your browser's local storage. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Service providers

We rely on PostHog (analytics), Netlify (hosting), and Zoom (scheduling). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Analytics data is stored in the United States.

Retention

We keep analytics data only as long as it is useful for understanding site traffic, and contact information for as long as we have a business relationship or you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ken@arcemp.com. You can also block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
